With Other Users: When you book an event, the Host receives your name and booking details. When confirmed, you receive the event address.

With Service Providers: Stripe (payment processing), Google (maps and location services), email service providers, and web hosting providers. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only to provide services to us.

For Legal Reasons: If required by law, legal process, or government request.

Business Transfers: If MySportify is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. Payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS requirements.
